- Supervise hostel residents and ensure discipline.
- Maintain safety and security within the hostel.
- Manage hostel facilities and coordinate maintenance.
- Provide support and guidance to residents.
- Respond to emergencies and handle incidents.
- Maintain records and communicate with administration.
**Qualifications:**
- Experience in hostel management or student affairs preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must reside in the hostel.
