Job Summary
App Innovation Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- Experience in IT services or software sales is preferred.
