We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Architect with 12+ years of expertise in Workforce Management solutions, specializing in Time & Attendance, Multi-View Scheduler (MVS), Labor Forecasting & Scheduling Optimization (LFSO), and Cognos Reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong techno-functional and architectural experience, driving end-to-end solution design, implementation, optimization, integrations, and reporting across enterprise WFM platforms.

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Workforce Management solutions for global customers.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Time & Attendance, Scheduling, MVS, and LFSO modules.
- Define scalable and efficient solution architectures aligned with business and operational requirements.
- Design and develop complex Workforce Management configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate workforce management requirements into technical solutions.
- Architect and optimize labor forecasting, scheduling, compliance, and workforce productivity solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain Cognos reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Lead data integration efforts involving HR, Payroll, ERP, and third-party applications.
- Perform system assessments, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend best practices.
- Provide technical leadership during implementation, upgrades, migrations, and support engagements.
- Establish governance, standards, and solution design guidelines across WFM initiatives.
- Mentor consultants and developers while driving solution quality and delivery excellence.
- Support proposal development, solution estimations, and customer presentations.

- Infor OS
- Strong experience in Cognos Report Studio, Query Studio, and Dashboard development.
- Hands-on development experience in:
- SQL, Oracle, Postgres Database
- Groovy Scripting
- Java/J2EE development
- APIs, Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- Data integrations and middleware technologies
- Experience designing complex reports, interfaces, and custom workforce management solutions.
- Strong understanding of workforce compliance, labor rules, accruals, scheduling, and payroll integration.
- Experience with system performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
