Desktop Support Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of desktop support, computer hardware, networking, Windows operating systems, and troubleshooting. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience to kick-start their career in IT support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Install and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.
- Configure user accounts, email clients, and system settings.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist with basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity troubleshooting.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and software installations.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members when required.
- Ensure timely resolution of user support requests.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Desktop Support.
- Understanding of Windows Operating Systems.
- Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware and Software.
- Basic Networking concepts (LAN/Wi-Fi).
- Troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in an IT support environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) or equivalent.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹8,787.56 - ₹16,434.79 per month
