Role Overview
The Cluster Assistant Human Resources Manager supports the overall HR function across multiple hotel units under Espire Hospitality. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management across assigned properties.
The position acts as a key link between corporate HR and unit-level teams, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, brand standards, and business objectives. The role requires frequent travel across properties and strong coordination with Unit Heads and department leaders.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned hotel units.
- Coordinate with Unit Heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans.
- Ensure timely closures within defined TAT and budget.
- Support bulk hiring and pre-opening recruitment for new properties.
- Build talent pipelines through vendors, referrals, and institutes.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities across properties.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HRMIS accuracy.
- Ensure smooth execution of payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Support implementation of HR policies and SOPs across units.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities across properties.
- Drive initiatives around employee satisfaction, recognition, and retention.
- Conduct regular employee connects, feedback sessions, and surveys.
- Promote a positive and service-driven work culture aligned with brand values.
Performance Management
- Support implementation of PMS/KRA/KPI processes across properties.
- Coordinate performance reviews and ensure timely completion.
- Work with department heads to identify training and development needs.
Training & Development
- Coordinate training programs for employees at all levels.
- Ensure completion of mandatory trainings and onboarding sessions.
- Support skill development initiatives in collaboration with L&D teams.
Statutory Compliance & Employee Relations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and audits.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain liaison with local authorities where required.
Cluster Coordination & Travel
- Travel frequently across assigned hotel units for HR support and audits.
- Act as an HR representative for on-ground issue resolution.
- Ensure consistency in HR practices across all properties.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
