A fast-growing, established digital financial services and fintech organization based in Noida is looking to hire a dynamic, process-oriented HR Generalist to manage daily people operations.
In this role, you will act as a core engine of our HR department, anchoring everything from talent sourcing and smooth onboarding to payroll coordination, compliance, and culture-building. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in an agile environment, possesses strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, and effortlessly balances operational execution with a human-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Partner with internal managers across tech, marketing, and operations to understand staffing needs. Build active candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing methods (Boolean search, X-Ray search, and job portals).
- HR Operations & Onboarding: Own the end-to-end onboarding process. Manage complete employee documentation, handle background verification (BGV) processes, and issue official letters (Offer, Appointment, Appraisals, Relieving).
- Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Supervise daily attendance logs, biometric systems, and leave trackers. Compile and validate monthly payroll inputs (attendance data, leaves, bonuses) for the finance team. Manage PF and ESI updates.
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, monthly town halls, and team-building events. Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding company policies and workplace guidelines.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure organization-wide compliance with statutory local and national labor laws. Generate weekly/monthly HR metrics (headcount, attrition rates, time-to-hire) for leadership teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive (Experience in a tech startup, e-commerce, or fintech company is highly preferred).
- Technical Skills: High comfort level working with modern HRMS/payroll tools, tracking sheets, and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Hands-on experience with portal databases like Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Communication: Top-tier verbal and written communication skills with strong problem-solving agility.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
