We are looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in Figma to join our team on a short-term consulting engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centric, and visually appealing designs for web-based enterprise applications. The role requires close collaboration with product managers, business stakeholders, and development teams to transform business requirements into high-quality user experiences.
Design user-centric interfaces for web and responsive applications.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
Develop interactive prototypes for stakeholder reviews and usability validation.
Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to understand functional requirements.
Conduct UX research and recommend improvements based on usability principles.
Ensure consistency through reusable design components and design systems.
Prepare design specifications and collaborate with developers during implementation.
Review implemented screens and provide UI/UX feedback to ensure design quality.
Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback within project timelines.
5–6 years of experience in UX/UI design.
Strong hands-on experience with Figma.
Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design systems.
Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience designing enterprise web applications, portals, or SaaS products.
Good knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience working on Government, Telecom, Utility, BFSI, or Enterprise Digital Transformation projects.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
Experience with usability testing and design thinking methodologies.
