We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Process Coordinator with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate should have excellent computer knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and at least 1 year of experience in a data entry–type role, along with the ability to coordinate and follow up with internal teams to ensure smooth process execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor internal processes to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Smartly follow up with internal departments to track progress and close pending items
- Perform accurate data entry, data validation, and data maintenance
- Prepare, update, and analyze reports using advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and process documentation
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and management regarding status updates
- Identify process gaps and suggest smart, efficient solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a data entry, MIS, or similar role
- Smart, confident, and professional communication skills
- Excellent computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
- Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills

Experience
