a. Responsible for all domestic shipments and customer communications.
b. Coordinate with Sales and Merchandising managers.
a. Proforma invoice/Sales orders/Commercial invoice creation in ERP
b. Shipment Booking in online and Tracking details updates to customers
c. Work order/Vendor purchase order creation in ERP
d. Ensure timely delivery & payment collections
e. Generate the monthly sales reports in ERP
