Job Role
Position: AR Caller
Experience: 1+ Year
Interview Mode: Walk-in Interview
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound calls to insurance companies regarding claim status and payments
Follow up on denied or unpaid claims
Analyze and resolve claim issues efficiently
Ensure timely reimbursement and account resolution
Maintain accurate documentation of calls and claim updates
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as an AR Caller
Good communication and analytical skills
Knowledge of medical billing and healthcare revenue cycle management
Ability to work in night shifts
