This is a 2-month internship for people who want to learn by doing — test fast, drop what doesn't work, push what does.

● Strong Excel/Google Sheets, comfortable on WhatsApp Business
● Healthcare sensitivity is a plus, not a must — we'll guide tone Bonus: performance-marketing ad creative experience, Meta/Google ad specs, D2C bookings/conversions experience
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Marketing Ops : Track every channel. Tie spend to real bookings, pin code by pin code.
● QR codes / tracking links per channel, per pin code, per touchpoint
● Live MIS: leads → bookings across Google, Meta, GBP, WhatsApp, society camps, partner referrals, door-hangers, referral loop
● Weekly reconciliation: spend vs leads vs conversions vs cost-per-booking
● Flag what's under/performing, with data
● Track partner commission payouts
2. Design & Ad Support: Turn agency direction into real, printed, on-time assets.
Creative for local use (flyers, door-hangers, standees, inserts, banners) ● Adapts for digital marketing across Google / Meta / own platforms ● Manage print production — vendors, proofing, delivery ● Keep visuals consistent across every touchpoint ● Place QR/tracking codes correctly on printed assets ● On-ground checks during launches
3. Business Ops : Connect leads, partners, and the care teams. Keep the funnel moving.
Track leads end-to-end: source → contact → conversion → delivery ● Coordinate daily between sales, partners, and on-ground nurses/technicians ● Monitor SLA adherence (e.g. 5-min WhatsApp response), flag breaches ● Weekly ops MIS for founders ● Catch issues early — before they hit patients
