JOB Description
Account Executive -
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Accounts process, including processing payroll, verifying data, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve accounts and data maintain.
- Provide support for audits related to payroll and Bills.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner..
- Bill payments , cheques and cash Management.
- Vendors co-ordination.
- Sales and purchase data management.
- Assist with other accounting and finance functions as needed.
Requirements:
Communication skills should be strong .
Bachelor's degree.
Experience - 2-5 years of experience in payroll accounting
Strong understanding of payroll accounting principles and practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
