URGENT REQUIREMENT – FABRICATION SUPERVISOR
SRD ENTERPRISES is hiring an experienced and dedicated Fabrication Supervisor for Structural Fabrication works related to Boiler Structures, Ducting & Heavy Fabrication projects.
Qualification:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
Supervision of structural fabrication activities
Handling fabrication of boiler structures, ducts, supports, hoppers, etc.
Reading fabrication drawings and coordinating with production team
Quality inspection and dispatch coordination
Manpower handling and shop floor supervision
Ensuring timely completion of fabrication work
Candidate Requirements:
Hardworking and sincere candidate
Strong willingness to work and learn
Good leadership and manpower handling skills
Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets
Experience Required:
Minimum 5–10 years experience in structural fabrication industry
Experience with reputed customers like Thermax and Thyssenkrupp preferred
