Reports to: Solution Architect | Engagement: Full-time, immediate availability preferred
Role purpose: Designs and delivers production AI capabilities on Microsoft Azure: LLM-powered document intelligence, classification and routing, decision-support analytics, anomaly detection, and bilingual conversational assistants — under a Responsible-AI governance framework.
Key responsibilities:
▪ Build document screening/matching and classification pipelines with Azure OpenAI (GPT-4o) and Azure AI Search (RAG).
▪ Build and ground bilingual Copilot Studio assistants exclusively on approved content, with human escalation paths.
▪ Implement Responsible-AI controls: prompt/version management, explainability, bias test sets, full interaction logging, and human-override on every output.
▪ Deploy within client Azure subscriptions (in-country regions, no training on client data); tune cost/latency across PTU and pay-as-you-go models.
Qualifications & certifications: Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) mandatory; prompt engineering, RAG, and experience with multilingual NLP is preferred. Arabic NLP experience is an added advantage..
Experience & languages: 5+ years AI/ML delivery, 2+ with Azure OpenAI in production; Arabic language capability strongly preferred.
