Urgent Hiring for State Head – Channel Sales :
Experience:
8+ Years in Channel Sales / FMCG / LPG / Energy / Industrial Products or related industries
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive state-level sales through channel partners, dealers, and distributors.
- Appoint, develop, and manage dealer and distributor networks to expand market presence.
- Lead and mentor the state sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Monitor dealer performance, ROI, and business growth initiatives.
- Ensure effective territory coverage and strengthen customer relationships.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives while maintaining profitability.
