ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an AI-native builder — someone who uses AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to go from idea to working product fast. You will build intelligent automation workflows, internal tools, and AI-powered features that reduce manual work across the organisation. What matters here is not years of experience but what you have actually built and shipped — real projects, working automations, and tools people use.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Build and ship real internal tools — CRMs, dashboards, trackers, and utilities — using AI coding tools.
2. Build automation workflows through AI prompting that reduce repetitive manual work across teams.
3. Use prompt engineering to get accurate, reliable, production-quality results from AI tools.
4. Take a business problem, break it down, and turn it into a working solution — idea to prototype to product.
5. Test and refine what you build until it works well in real daily use.
6. Document your work clearly so others can understand and maintain it.
7. Stay current with new AI automation tools, APIs, and frameworks.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Prompt engineering — the core skill of a vibe coder; you know how to direct AI to build exactly what you want
- AI coding tools — hands-on with Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar
- Programming fundamentals in any stack — JavaScript / Node.js, MERN / MEAN, Python, or any frontend / backend background
- Ability to take a project from idea to a working, usable product
- Git & GitHub — version control basics
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–2 year of AI development experience, or 2–3 years as a software developer in web or full-stack technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, React, or Python — both paths are welcome.
- A GitHub or portfolio of real projects you’ve built — a CRM, a dashboard, an automation — things that actually work, not just tutorials.
- You build with AI naturally — prompting is how you think, plan, and create.
- Strong problem-solving mindset — able to break a messy process into clear, buildable steps.
- Self-driven and ownership-oriented — you ship things without waiting to be told how.
