Guidance Plus is looking for a proactive and student-focused Tele Caller Executive to guide students through the admission process and help them choose suitable academic programs. The candidate should have strong communication, counseling, and follow-up skills to achieve admissions and ensure a smooth student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- A Tele Caller Executive should Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admission procedures, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Tele Caller Executive should do Follow up with prospective students regularly for registrations, documentation, and admissions.
- Maintain proper student records and update CRM or admission portals regularly.
- Tele Caller Executive should be able to assist students in selecting suitable academic programs based on their interests and qualifications.
- Coordinate with internal departments for admission processing and enrollment completion.
- Tele Caller Executive Support students throughout the admission process until successful joining.
Pay: Up to ₹19,000.00 per month
