Title: Bids & Billing Manager
Reports to: Senior Manager, Bids & Billing
Shift Requirement: This role operates on a Night Shift schedule (mandatory). Candidates must be available and willing to work night shift hours as a condition of employment.
Description of Position
The Bids & Billing Manager is a senior member of the local dubbing bids team which ensures the creation of winning title-bids that meet customer and Deluxe requirements. The candidate will be responsible for negotiations with vendors and partners to create competitive quotes, and ensuring that invoices and payments are performed accurately and in a timely manner. In addition the role support continuous improvement initiatives and the delivery of Deluxe’s strategic commercial objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
Bid Creation
- Support Title Management in the creation of winning bid proposals, leading the negotiation on price, timeline, and service level in collaboration with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Review all bids and quotes to ensure accuracy and competitive advantage.
- Develop and implement bidding strategies and processes aligned to organizational goals.
- Support the maintenance of strategic relationships with key dubbing vendors, including feedback sessions and performance benchmarking to drive continuous improvement.
Invoice & Payment Management
- Enter invoice and payment information into finance systems and trackers to ensure tracking and accounting is performed accurately.
- Ensure invoices and POs are issued in a timely manner, and that finance systems are accurately updated.
- Monitor the billing queues to ensure compliance with SLAs and; escalate issues proactively.
- Perform regular audits of system data and status to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Team Management & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Lead, mentor and develop the local Bids team members on bidding best-practices. Manage workload and performance.
- Act as point of contact for LA stakeholders and ensure that requests, issues and escalations are actioned and resolved.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Post-Production, Localization, Business, or Finance.
· 5+ Years experience in vendor management, dubbing or other relevant roles, with an emphasis on cost control and customer invoicing.
· Leadership experience in dubbing, localization, media operations, or post-production environments. Demonstrable experience coaching and developing team members.
· Strong understanding of dubbing workflows, audiovisual technology, and creative localization principles.
· Experience in bid development, rate negotiation, or pricing structures. Exposure to sales processes in a media environment is an advantage.
· Experience working with financial systems, billing tools, spreadsheets, and operational reporting.
· Strong commercial and numerical skills with an understanding of exchange rates, cost drivers, and margin management.
· Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical and financial concepts to diverse audiences.
· Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
· High level of organizational rigor, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
