Key responsibilities include:
Develop interior architectural design concepts and plans
Create detailed drawings and specifications using design software
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals
Select materials, finishes, and furnishings
Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
Oversee project implementation and site inspections
Manage project timelines and budgets
Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders
Incorporate feedback and revise designs as needed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture or related field
Proven experience in interior architecture or design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of building codes and construction methods
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus
Portfolio showcasing relevant design work
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
