Job Title: Team Lead – Bench Sales Recruitment
Location: Law Garden, Ahmedabad
Shift: 07:30 PM – 04:30 AM (Night Shift)
Experience: 2+ Years in US Bench Sales Recruitment
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Bench Sales Recruiters.
- Monitor daily recruiter activities and ensure team targets are achieved.
- Guide recruiters in marketing consultants to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to place bench consultants.
- Track team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.
- Ensure timely submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Train and mentor new recruiters on Bench Sales processes and best practices.
- Handle escalations and support the team in closing opportunities.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in US Bench Sales Recruitment.
- Team handling and leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of US staffing processes, tax terms, and work authorizations.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong reporting and team management skills.
