Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for VoIP, PBX, IP Phones, and Dialer platforms.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain VICIdial, GoAuto Dialer, and Asterisk systems.
- Resolve SIP, VoIP, network, and connectivity issues.
- Manage Linux (CentOS), Windows Servers, Firewalls, VPNs, FTP Servers, Routers, and Switches.
- Handle ticketing, number porting, system monitoring, backups, and documentation.
- Coordinate remote installations and ensure timely issue resolution.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with VICIdial, GoAuto Dialer, Asterisk, and VoIP support.
- Knowledge of SIP, PBX, IP Phone configuration, Linux (CentOS), and networking.
- Experience with Firewalls, VPNs, FTP Servers, and telecom infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in VoIP, Telecom, Network Support, or System Administration.
- Linux, Networking, or VoIP certifications are a plus.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
