Training & Placement Officer (TPO)

Job Summary:
Megha & Omega Group of Institutions is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Training & Placement Officer (TPO) to handle campus recruitment activities and student training programs. The candidate will be responsible for building strong industry connections and ensuring maximum placement opportunities for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies and recruiters for campus placements
- Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and internship programs
- Coordinate with academic departments to identify and prepare eligible students for placements
- Conduct and arrange training programs on aptitude, soft skills, communication, and interview techniques
- Invite companies for campus hiring and manage end-to-end placement activities
- Maintain accurate records of student placements and generate reports
- Guide students on career planning, resume building, and interview preparation
- Ensure continuous improvement in placement results year over year
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in training, recruitment, or placement coordination (preferred)

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Additional Requirements:
- Candidate must own a vehicle and be willing to travel for industry visits and company tie-ups
