About the Role
Karpagam Grandplex is looking for enthusiastic and service-minded individuals to be part of our front-line guest experience team.
As a Guest Experience Executive, you will interact directly with customers across different areas of the cinema and help ensure that every visit is smooth, welcoming and professionally managed.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist guests across the cinema premises.
- Help customers with tickets, screen directions, seating and general enquiries.
- Manage queues and guest movement during busy show timings.
- Check auditorium readiness before every show.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Assist guests during entry, interval and exit.
- Support concession counters during peak periods when required.
- Explain food combos, offers and cinema experiences to guests.
- Handle basic customer concerns and involve the supervisor when necessary.
- Keep an eye out for maintenance, cleanliness or safety issues and report them promptly.
- Work closely with the operations, F&B, security and housekeeping teams.
- Follow all company service, grooming and safety standards.

Eligibility
Education: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
Experience in hotels, restaurants, retail, cinemas or other customer-facing hospitality roles will be an added advantage.
