Job Summary
A Real Estate Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into property buyers. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer relationship management, and the ability to understand clients' property requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and leads.
- Explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, and offers to clients.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule site visits and meetings between clients and sales executives.
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about properties.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per hour
