Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for technical inquiries by phone,email and online chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions
- Manage customer accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction
- Basic knowledge of Computer Applications and software
- Candidate must be good with English and Hindi communication skills.
- Knowledge of software applications will be a great add-on.

Pay: ₹8,579.78 - ₹20,345.24 per month
