Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to generate leads, promote real estate projects, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets through effective communication and customer engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through telecalling, referrals, campaigns, and field activities
- Contact potential customers and explain project details and pricing
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into bookings
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for booking and documentation process
- Maintain CRM records and update customer details regularly
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support
- Negotiate and close property sales professionally
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in Real Estate sales is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
