Job Responsibilities
- Operate injection moulding machines efficiently
- Perform mould loading, setting, and changeover activities
- Set machine parameters and monitor production process
- Troubleshoot moulding defects and machine issues
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments
- Maintain production records and machine housekeeping
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
Required Skills
- Knowledge of injection moulding process and machine operation
- Experience in mould setting and parameter adjustment
- Understanding of plastic raw materials and moulding defects
- Ability to identify and solve production issues
- Familiarity with hydraulic/servo injection moulding machines
- Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Experience
- Automotive or plastic component manufacturing industry experience
- Experience with multi-cavity moulds and hot runner systems preferred
