The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of SAP functional knowledge, automation expertise (Tricentis or UiPath), and proven project management acumen to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder satisfaction." Lead delivery of SAP projects, encompassing planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams. Manage SAP functional teams across core modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, and HCM. Collaborate with automation and QA teams to accelerate testing using Tricentis Tosca, UiPath, or similar automation tools. Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation integration, and analytics-based decision-making. Oversee project plans, budgets, and schedules while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to KPIs and SLAs. Facilitate cross-functional coordination with business users, technology teams, and leadership stakeholders. Provide detailed project reporting and insights to senior management on milestones, risks, and dependencies. Support SAP migration or upgrade projects and manage change requests effectively. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security, and quality frameworks. Foster team capability through mentoring, guidance, and performance management. Required Skills and Experience 10–15 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in SAP project delivery or program management. Strong understanding of SAP core modules – FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, and HCM (knowledge of S/4HANA is an advantage).
