Job Summary: Export-Import Documentation Executive
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain export and import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and other statutory documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and logistics partners to ensure timely shipment movement.
Monitor shipment schedules and track cargo movement from dispatch to delivery.
Handle customs clearance documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Liaise with government authorities, customs officials, and regulatory agencies when required.
Maintain accurate records of import/export transactions and documentation.
Ensure compliance with EOU (Export Oriented Unit) procedures, DGFT regulations, and company policies.
Generate reports and maintain MIS using MS Office applications.
Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, production, stores, and finance for smooth execution of shipments.
Required Skills: Strong knowledge of export-import documentation procedures.
Understanding of logistics coordination and international trade processes.
Familiarity with customs clearance requirements and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience working in an EOU environment or handling import/export documentation.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Professional communication etiquette.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Punctual, responsible, and able to work within deadlines.
Preferred Skills: Experience in export-import documentation, logistics, or international trade operations.
Experience coordinating with customs agents, freight forwarders, and shipping companies.
Knowledge of DGFT, GST, and international shipping documentation is an advantage.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
