Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell chairs and other furniture products at roadside locations, markets, exhibitions, and customer sites. The candidate will interact directly with customers, explain product features, negotiate prices, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Display and arrange chairs and furniture products at sales locations.
- Approach potential customers and explain product features and benefits.
- Demonstrate product quality, durability, and comfort.
- Generate daily sales and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints.
- Maintain records of sales, inventory, and customer details.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for product delivery.
- Conduct local promotional activities to increase sales.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 10th, 12th, Diploma, or Any Degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work outdoors and travel locally.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Experience in furniture sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit to assist with product display and movement.
