We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Calling Agent to join our dynamic team. The role involves outbound calling to U.S.-based businesses to generate leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for our sales team. You must have a proven track record in cold calling and strong English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls daily to U.S.-based businesses.
- Pitch services confidently and persuasively.
- Handle objections and follow-up with warm leads.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Meet weekly call and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in cold calling for USA process (B2B preferred).
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with U.S. time zones and work culture.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in BPO/KPO or similar outbound processes.
- Knowledge of basic sales techniques.
