Restaurant Captain – Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of waiters, stewards, and other service staff.
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and high-quality service.
- Take or oversee customer orders and ensure they are served accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and dining area presentation.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely food and beverage service.
- Train, guide, and motivate service staff.
- Assign duties and prepare staff schedules when required.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Check food quality and presentation before serving.
- Monitor inventory of service equipment and report shortages or damages.
- Assist with billing and payment procedures when necessary.
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate important information to management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
