1. Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Drive primary (company to distributor) and secondary (distributor to retailer/wholesaler) sales.
- Increase market share in the assigned territory.
2. Distributor Management
- Appoint new distributors where required.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors.
- Monitor distributor stock levels, billing, and ROI.
- Ensure timely order placement and payment collection.
3. Wholesale Market Development
- Develop strong connections with wholesalers and bulk buyers.
- Increase product penetration in wholesale markets.
- Negotiate visibility and shelf space.
4. Market Coverage & Expansion
- Ensure coverage of all retail and wholesale outlets in the territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets.
- Conduct regular market visits and beat planning.
5. Reporting & MIS
- Maintain daily sales reports (DSR).
- Track sales performance and market feedback.
- Share competitor insights and demand trends.
