WE ARE HIRING – HR RECRUITER
Location: Ravki, Rajkot
Experience: 1–3 Years ( Manufacturing Company)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Transportation: Transportation Facility Provided
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various departments.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and department heads.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
- Maintain updated candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Create and manage job postings on various recruitment platforms.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Manufacturing industry recruitment experience is required.
- Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
