POSITION: IT SUPPORT ENGINEER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. A support employee is responsible for assisting the business operation and responding to employee concerns regarding the software & operation work.
2. Able to understand the software & train to others team member when required.
3. A technical support engineer will research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve internal software related issues in an accurate and timely manner.
4. Responsible for working with different systems, software, hardware and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments.
5. Customize the desktop application as per the needs of users.
