We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager to oversee and manage our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, managing online marketplaces, optimizing product listings, driving sales growth, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations
- Manage and monitor daily operations of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Ensure smooth functioning of online stores, product catalogs, pricing, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
Marketplace Management
- Handle seller accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings.
- Monitor product rankings, reviews, ratings, and marketplace performance.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop strategies to increase online sales and profitability.
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market opportunities.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
Digital Marketing Coordination
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement SEO, SEM, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and optimize conversion rates.
Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure accurate order tracking and timely deliveries.
- Resolve order-related issues and customer escalations.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track KPIs such as conversion rate, ROAS, customer acquisition cost, and revenue growth.
- Provide actionable insights to improve platform performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in E-Commerce Management.
- Experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, or other online marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and online sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace seller panels.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
