Business Development Manager – Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to support our business expansion activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Franchise onboarding and relationship management.
- Business Associate onboarding and coordination.
- Coordinating business development activities across franchises and associates.
- Distributing targets to franchises and monitoring progress.
- Supporting franchise partners in achieving business objectives.
- Planning and coordinating frequent business events, networking sessions, and promotional activities.
- Lead generation and lead conversion through online channels.
- Conducting offline business meetings and client interactions.
- Participating in business events and networking programs, including evening events when required.
- Maintaining regular reporting through software systems and ensuring activity tracking and execution updates.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Franchise Development, or a similar role.
- Experience in working with software-based reporting systems, CRM platforms, or task management tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and business partners.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and events when required.
- Driving skills and a valid driving license are preferred.
Work Conditions
- No fixed Sunday off.
- Employees are eligible for two leave days per month.
- The role requires flexibility in working hours, including participation in evening business events and meetings when necessary.
Nature of the Role
This position is focused on business growth through franchise expansion, associate development, lead conversion, relationship management, and the successful execution of business development initiatives.
