The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring high-quality customer service, efficient workflow, and achievement of business objectives. This role involves managing service staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily service operations and ensure timely completion of customer requests.
- Lead, train, and supervise service technicians and support staff.
- Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Plan and allocate work to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor department performance against KPIs and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments to deliver seamless customer service.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
