We are looking for a dedicated and organized Human Resources Professional to lead and manage our company’s HR operations. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building a strong team by handling end-to-end recruitment for specialized corporate and operational roles. Additionally, this role is responsible for maintaining employee records, managing payroll and attendance, fostering a positive workplace culture across all departments, and ensuring company policies are clearly communicated and consistently applied.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: drafting job descriptions, posting on job portals, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Source and recruit for a variety of roles, ranging from specialized administrative staff (Accounting, EXIM) to operational/inventory executives.
- Conduct background checks and issue formal offer letters and employment contracts.
- Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle:
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they understand their roles, reporting structures, and company culture.
- Manage employee offboarding, including exit interviews and full-and-final (F&F) settlement coordination.
- Attendance & Payroll Management:
- Monitor daily attendance, biometric systems, and leave management for all staff members.
- Collate accurate attendance and leave data to coordinate with the accounts department for timely monthly payroll processing.
- Employee Relations & Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, resolving conflicts professionally and confidentially.
- Draft and distribute internal circulars, announcements, and policy updates to all staff members across various departments.
- Policy Enforcement & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company rules, codes of conduct, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date employee files and ensure compliance with basic labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.).
- Performance Management:
- Assist department heads in conducting periodic performance reviews and appraisals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 4-5 years of proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
- Recruitment Skills: Strong experience in sourcing candidates for niche and operational roles using various job portals and networks.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for drafting formal corporate communications and interacting with staff at all levels.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience using HRIS or attendance management software.
- Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence, approachability, and the ability to handle sensitive personnel information with strict confidentiality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
