About the Role
- We are looking for a passionate, empathetic, and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to help expand access to meaningful mental health and well-being solutions across schools, colleges, corporates, and other institutions.
- This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who understands how to combine commercial goals with social impact. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building trusted relationships with decision-makers, understanding institutional well-being needs, and converting those conversations into long-term partnerships.
- The successful candidate will be confident in managing the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, deal closure, onboarding, and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard schools, colleges, corporates, and institutional partners for mental health and employee or student well-being solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, digital outreach, networking, referrals, industry events, and in-person meetings.
- Understand each client’s mental health, wellness, engagement, and organizational requirements through consultative discussions.
- Build strong relationships with HR leaders, school management, college administrators, founders, department heads, and other key decision-makers.
- Present mental health programs, counselling services, workshops, employee assistance solutions, and customized well-being initiatives in a compelling and sensitive manner.
- Prepare tailored proposals, pricing plans, presentations, and commercial offers based on client needs.
- Manage negotiations, overcome objections, follow up consistently, and successfully close deals within defined timelines.
- Own the complete sales pipeline and achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, renewals, cross-selling, and long-term account expansion.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, lead status, follow-up records, forecasts, and client information in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the counselling, operations, program delivery, & other teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and execution.
- Monitor market trends, institutional wellness requirements, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the mental health sector.
Requirements
Education: MBA preferred
Experience: 8-10 years in institutional or B2B sales (education sector preferred).
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in similar institutional, B2B, corporate, education, wellness, healthcare, or service-based sales.
- Strong experience in lead generation, relationship management, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
- Ability to sell sensitive and purpose-driven solutions with empathy, credibility, and professionalism.
- Excellent presentation, communication, proposal-writing, and stakeholder-management skills.
- A target-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
