We are looking for an experienced telesales representative. We are looking for a competitive Insurance Sales Representative to help us expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients.
To ensure success as a telesales representative, you should have experience in telesales and cold calling, and the ability to multitask.
Telesales Team Leader Responsibilities:
· Learning and understanding company insurance products.
· Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets.
· Maintaining customer service standards and customer relationships
· Handling escalated customer complaints
· Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
· Compiling and presenting sales reports.
Telesales Team Leader Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or similar field.
· Proven experience as Telesales.
· Strong sales skills.
· Skills in MS Office.
· Previous customer service experience required for this position
· Ability to multitask.
· Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
· Ability to work well under pressure.
· Ability to write and present reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
