Job Summary
The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming visitors, handling calls, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Maintain visitor records and gate pass registers.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and documents.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor appointments.
- Maintain office records, files, and databases.
- Manage office supplies and stationery inventory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, ).
- Good communication skills in Hindi, and local language.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Salary
As per company norms and candidate experience.
