About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Campaign Manager who can lead brand campaigns from concept to execution. This role requires a strong understanding of branding, creative communication, digital marketing, campaign strategy, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate should be capable of managing clients, leading creative teams, pitching ideas, and ensuring high-quality execution across digital and offline marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns for clients.
- Create campaign strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and campaign pitches.
- Provide direction to designers, video editors, content creators, and digital marketers.
- Ensure smooth coordination between creative and digital marketing teams.
- Review and guide creative outputs including branding, social media creatives, videos, and advertisements.
- Contribute to logo design, brand identity development, and brand positioning projects.
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns in collaboration with digital marketing teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends, viral content formats, momentum marketing opportunities, and emerging platforms.
- Supervise printing, outdoor branding, signage, and production-related creative works.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain high standards of creativity, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Mass Communication certification preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
