Dispatch Executive with Billing and Collection is responsible for coordinating deliveries while also handling customer billing and payment collection. The role combines logistics, documentation, and basic accounts receivable tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches of goods or products.
- Prepare delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and other dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, warehouses, and customers.
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Generate customer invoices in the company's billing software or ERP.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Record collections and update payment status.
- Reconcile invoices, receipts, and delivery records.
- Maintain dispatch and billing reports.
- Resolve delivery or billing-related customer queries.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
