About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sr. System Administrator to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Active Directory, Windows Server Administration, Microsoft 365, SCCM, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and overall infrastructure management. The role requires excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to maintain a secure, highly available, and efficient IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, manage, and monitor Active Directory (AD) infrastructure.
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Configure and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
- Manage Active Directory Sites and Replication.
- Administer Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS).
- Monitor and maintain DNS infrastructure.
- Configure and manage DHCP services with High Availability.
- Monitor server health and ensure maximum uptime.
- Manage Print Servers and File Servers.
- Administer and maintain SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager).
- Perform End User Computing (EUC) support and troubleshooting.
- Manage Microsoft 365 (O365) administration, including user accounts, licensing, and Exchange Online.
- Perform server patching, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and system issues.
- Ensure backup, security, and compliance of infrastructure services.
- Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure seamless infrastructure operations.

- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹44,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
