Role Overview
PCRA Technologies is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to support the expansion of the MedScore platform across Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with medical distributors and healthcare organizations, identifying business opportunities, conducting client meetings, and contributing to the company's growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and maintain relationships with medical distributors and healthcare organizations across Kerala
· Travel extensively throughout Kerala to meet prospective clients and business partners
· Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings
· Identify new business opportunities and market trends
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support
· Maintain records of client interactions, follow-ups, and business activities
· Prepare periodic reports on business development activities and market insights
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Requirements
· 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing roles
· Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
· Ability to work independently and travel across Kerala
· Proficiency in English and Malayalam
· Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
· Knowledge of the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical distribution industry will be an added advantage
Nice to Have
· Experience working with medical distributors or healthcare organizations
· Understanding of healthcare technology platforms and digital solutions
· Strong networking and client engagement skills
