We're Hiring: Indirect Procurement Specialist / Sourcing Specialist
Are you a procurement professional passionate about strategic sourcing, supplier management, and driving cost optimization? Join our team and play a key role in managing indirect procurement categories including Services, IT, Facilities, MRO, and Logistics.
Experience: 3–6 Years
Education: Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
Industry: Manufacturing, Aerospace, Industrial, Automotive, or Technology preferred
Key Skills:
RFQ/RFP Management & Supplier Negotiation. Strong skills in RFQ/RFP management, bid evaluation, cost analysis, and commercial negotiation.
Cost Analysis & Strategic Sourcing. Solid understanding of total cost of ownership, payment terms, basic contracts, and strong data analysis skills (Excel, reports).Supplier Relationship Management
ERP Systems (Oracle or similar)
Advanced Excel & Data Analytics
Stakeholder Management in a Global Environment. High integrity, ownership mindset, responsiveness, customer focus, and commitment to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
