Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Manager who can oversee recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, recruitment expertise, and the ability to build a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Employee Management
- Handle employee onboarding and induction
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle processes
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
HR Operations & Compliance
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits administration
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally
Performance & Development
- Assist in performance management processes
- Identify training and development needs
- Support career development initiatives and organizational growth
Required Qualifications
- MBA (HR), PGDM (HR), BBA/MBA, or equivalent qualification
- 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools

- Leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Experience in the education, consultancy, or service industry is an advantage
