What You Will Do
As a Senior NEET Faculty, your responsibilities will span teaching, mentorship, content development, and student performance management:
- Deliver high-quality, concept-driven classroom and online sessions for NEET UG aspirants across Dropper, Foundation, and Crash Course batches
- Design and develop study materials, chapter-wise notes, question banks, and mock test papers aligned with the NTA exam pattern
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions, revision classes, and one-on-one mentoring for academically weaker students
- Track individual student progress through periodic assessments, identify gaps, and implement personalised learning interventions
- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously update course content in line with latest NTA guidelines and NCERT revisions
- Motivate and inspire students through structured counselling sessions, especially during high-pressure pre-exam periods
- Participate in faculty development initiatives, peer reviews, and institutional academic planning
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a faculty professional who combines deep subject mastery with the rare ability to make students genuinely love learning. The ideal candidate:
- Holds a minimum of 10 years of dedicated NEET teaching experience in Physics, Chemistry, or Biology
- Has a proven and verifiable track record of students securing ranks in the top 10,000 in NEET UG
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of the NTA examination pattern, NCERT syllabus, question typology, and marking strategy
- Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage batches of 50 to 200+ students with equal effectiveness
- Is proficient in teaching through both offline and digital modes, including recorded lectures and live online platforms
- Holds a B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech or higher qualification in the relevant subject; a B.Ed or teaching certification is an added advantage
- Is currently based in Hyderabad or is willing to relocate immediately within the city
- Is a natural communicator in Telugu and English, with the ability to explain complex concepts with clarity, warmth, and confidence

Compensation Details
- Fixed CTC: Up to ₹24,00,000 per annum
- Performance bonus: Up to ₹2,00,000 per year based on batch results
- Annual increment: Merit-based

Final compensation will be discussed during the interview based on demonstrated experience, subject expertise, and result track record.
