We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Account Manager to manage and grow Amazon seller accounts end-to-end. The role involves daily operational ownership, performance monitoring, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies while driving revenue and profitability.
This is a remote role, ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, communicating clearly, and handling multiple Amazon accounts with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure listings, pricing, inventory, and account health are maintained accurately
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Listings & Catalog
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, images)
- Resolve catalog issues including suppressed listings, variations, and ASIN errors
- Coordinate with content and design teams for listing enhancements
Inventory & Operations
- Monitor inventory levels and plan replenishments to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
- Track FBA and FBM operations, shipments, and discrepancies
- Handle returns, reimbursements, and Amazon claims
Performance & Growth
- Monitor sales, conversion rates, Buy Box performance, and account health metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, margins, and operational efficiency
- Support promotional activities, deals, and seasonal campaigns
Compliance & Issue Resolution
- Handle Amazon cases, suspensions, policy warnings, and escalations
- Ensure strict adherence to Amazon policies and best practices
- Prepare documentation and communicate effectively with Amazon Seller Support
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare regular performance reports for internal teams or clients
- Share insights, risks, and action plans clearly and on time
- Collaborate with ads, tech, and finance teams as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
- Strong understanding of Amazon FBA, FBM, listings, and account health metrics
- Experience handling Amazon Seller Support cases and escalations
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities independently
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience with Amazon PPC or coordination with ads teams
- Exposure to multiple marketplaces (India, UAE, etc.)
- Familiarity with inventory planning and forecasting
- Knowledge of Amazon policy compliance and suspension handling
